What type of wood is used in your products?
Our products are made of beech wood.
Is your production method solid wood?
Our production process involves separating beech wood logs into veneers (layers) and laminating them using high-frequency presses and special molds. This production method, known as formed plywood, offers significantly higher durability compared to traditional solid wood.
Can the product dimensions be changed?
Since our products are shaped through moulded production, width and narrowing adjustments cannot be made. However, existing heights can be shortened to fit countertops and tables.
Do you make custom products?
Custom production is only available for high-volume orders.
Are different fabric and wood color options available?
For custom requests beyond the standard color and upholstery options offered on our website, you can contact us and submit your request by sending a sample.
Is it possible to pick up products from the factory or store?
Yes, once the production process of your order is complete, you can pick it up from our factory or store as per your request.
How are damages that may occur during the shipping process handled?
In case of possible shipping damage, a new product will be sent to prevent our customers from being victimized. If damage is detected, a new product will be delivered to you within the specified lead time.
What is the warranty period for your products?
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. After the warranty period or in cases of user-induced deformation, paid maintenance and support services are offered.
Is an unconditional return possible?
We do not have an unconditional return option. However, we aim to help you make the right product choice by answering all your questions before you place your order.
